Website privacy notice
It applies to NJM's public marketing website and ordinary initial business inquiries. NJM does not offer a public client portal or confidential upload service.
Information NJM collects
If you contact NJM by email, NJM receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company name, website, and a brief nonconfidential description of your objective. Do not email financial statements, customer or employee information, credentials, payment details, or confidential documents unless NJM has approved an appropriate method.
How NJM uses information
NJM uses inquiry information to respond, assess whether its services may be relevant, prepare requested business communications, maintain ordinary correspondence, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
NJM may use ordinary website-hosting, email, and professional service providers as needed to operate the business. NJM does not sell inquiry information. NJM may disclose information when authorized, required to provide requested services, or legally required.
Retention and deletion
NJM keeps prospect correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal or professional obligations. You may request deletion of ordinary inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate business needs.
Cookies and analytics
The current public website does not use advertising trackers, analytics, or nonessential cookies. This notice will be updated before any such technology is added.
Security and limitations
NJM uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information collected, but no email or internet service can guarantee absolute security. Confidential client records are not accepted through the public website.
